Marsha Ambrosius scheduled for SXSW in Austin
Singer Marsha Ambrosius is one of the many great talents scheduled to perform in Austin for SXSW. The England native was 1/2 of the dynamic neo-soul duo "Floetry". The two went their seperate ways and haven't spoken in almost five years. "Being apart was like, 'Okay, I don't have to agree or not agree with anyone else. It's 100 percent how I feel,' and [my solo album] 'Late Nights & Early Mornings,' is a direct reflection of that freedom." She stated to TheBoombox.com
Last month she made a huge buzz when she dropped her video to her new single "Far Away". The video was a look into alternative lifestyle of two males, who faced discrimination while also sending a message about suicide. Now after Floetry ending, her three solo mixtapes and many features she now is ready to drop her first official solo album. "Late nights and Early Mornings" will be out March 1st. She is listed to perform at Kiss & Fly Night Club in Downtown Austin, Tx Thursday March 17th @ 10pm. For More information visit SXSW.com or marshaambrosiusmusic.com!
